  Altru is amazing awesome. Actually I think they're miracle. About 2 months ago I walked in having experienced severe pain and immobility for years. I had to have home care. Today my pain is minimal, no more home care, lost over 20 pounds, far more energy, less depression, positive attitude. And over this time with Altru I have adapted to doing my PT exercises everyday.  Everyone needs to experience Altru even if you need to job some weight and integrate exercise into your daily life. They have a nutritionist. They can customize a health program you can stick with.   I recently had foot surgery to remove a cyst on my big toe joint and was struggling to move the joint or walk normally without pain. That's when I was referred to Altru Integrated Health. During my first visit I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. They always keep in touch with me through calls, text messages and email about my upcoming appointment that made feel I am the only patient they have. Mrs.Alison was my physical therapist and I am so grateful for her expertise and dedication to my recovery. Alison was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and she taught me how to exercise effectively to improve my mobility and reduce my pain. Thanks to her guidance, I am now able to move my joint and walk without discomfort. I highly recommend Mrs.Alison to anyone who is looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist. I appreciate her efforts to make my experience successful.

  Greg is my trainer and he is great! My previous trainer moved so Greg took over and has challenged me but still been very aware of things that my aggravate my medical condition. If anything causes pain, he immediately switches it to a different exercise that will challenge me or cause muscle fatigue but not pain. The gym is always clean and friendly. I have only used the training but the therapists I have met have been great too!

  Over the past month I've been working with Greg to develop an exercise program to get my 70 year old body stronger and more flexible. The routines he's shown me have already been helpful in improving both my mobility and endurance.
