Cassie grew up in the DC metro area her entire life. With the bursting busyness the area has to offer she found yoga in 2013 to offset her surroundings and to find peace in the day. After years of being a student, she took the step in 2019 and completed her 200-hour certification to expand on the foundation she built. Her favorite types of practice are Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga. However, she has something to offer everyone from strength-based flows to gentle yoga.

Cassie moved to Colorado at the end of 2020 for a change. She loves practicing inversions and is currently in love with handstands. Alison Cummings

Physical Therapist

Favorite Quote: “Everyone deserves a chance to be their best-self.”

More About Alison

I was exposed to Physical therapy at a young age as my older sister had Polio when she was a child. Her years of braces, surgeries, and rehabilitation therapies triggered within me a deep level of compassion and desire to help those with physical limitations.

I have worked with sports, neurological, and a variety of work related injuries, but my greatest passion is working with geriatric patients, helping to restore function through physical therapy in creative and fun ways. I also have many years of expertise working with acute post-op joint replacements with an emphasis on functional restoration, edema control, and pain management.

I love cooking, hiking, reading, relaxing in my back-yard, and will jump at any opportunity to go out to eat!

My husband and I have 2 lovely daughters and 2 young grandchildren. We are very active on the Manitou Incline and try to climb the steps at least 2-3x week.

I try everyday to be my best-self and bring out the best in others.
